200 ml Wasbol recycled HDPE natural 567

200 ml Wasbol recycled HDPE natural 567 is a round Wasbol which, thanks to the sturdy R-HDPE material, is user-friendly and attractive. The Wasbol is perfect for dosing washing powder or liquid detergent. Due to the natural semi-transparent colour, the Wasbol is matte translucent and the liquid inside the Wasbol can be seen; if it is coloured, the colour will shine through the Wasbol.

Closures:

The Wasbol has a large opening and measurement marks on the side. We keep these in stock in our warehouse in Groningen (Netherlands).

Material:

R-HDPE (Recycled High-Density Polyethylene) is a sturdy, matte plastic. It offers a good water and oxygen barrier and is reasonably break- and drop-resistant. R-HDPE is the most commonly used plastic for plastic Wasbols and is generally resistant to acidic and alkaline products, alcohol, and a range of chemicals. HDPE is not suitable for essential oils and some solvents such as turpentine and benzene.

Maximum Temperature:

R-HDPE is suitable for up to 65 degrees. Prolonged exposure to these temperatures can still damage or deform the Wasbols. HDPE is recyclable and can therefore be reused to make new packaging.

Food Safety:

The Wasbol is not food safe, an excellent choice for companies and individuals looking for reliable packaging. Suitable for filling cleaning agents and chemical products. 

Shape:

Round, we call a Wasbol round when the base of the Wasbol forms a perfect circle; the indicated diameter is measured on the outside of the Wasbol at its widest point. Our round Wasbols can have different shoulders; by shoulders we mean the part where the Wasbol narrows at the top to gradually transition into the neck section. The most common variants are a rounded or sharp shoulder. Rounded means there is a radius on the Wasbol and the side flows smoothly into an inclined top side that connects to the neck. The sharp shoulder is a hard angle after which the Wasbol slopes sharply towards the neck. Lastly, on the Bullet round, we also have a conical shoulder; this shoulder starts halfway up the Wasbol and gradually tapers into a pointed shape towards the neck without a clear edge.
