Screw Cap PP 28.410 is a 28.410 ribbed screw cap which is user-friendly and attractive thanks to the sturdy PP material.

Type of Closure:

The closure is a 28.410 ribbed screw cap, the cap is easy to screw onto the bottle, and once removed, the full opening of the bottle can be used. The cap is in stock.

Material:

PP or Polypropylene is a sturdy and fairly hard plastic. PP has a good water and oxygen barrier but is less resistant to breakage and impact, especially at low temperatures. PP is widely used for caps and closures.

Maximum Temperature:

PP is suitable for a maximum of 90 degrees. Prolonged exposure to these temperatures can still damage or deform the caps. PP is recyclable and can therefore be reused to make new packaging.

Food Safety:

The cap is food safe and an excellent choice for companies and individuals looking for reliable packaging. Suitable for filling foodstuffs, beverages, cosmetics, cleaning agents, pharmaceutical and chemical products. All raw materials we use, except for the recycled HDPE products, are approved raw materials according to various European and American regulations that may come into contact with food products.

PP or Polypropylene (PP) is a sturdy, quite solid transparent plastic with a reasonably glossy surface. PP has a good water and oxygen barrier but is less crack and fall resistant, especially at low temperatures. PP is often used for jars and closures. A big advantage of PP is its durability at high temperatures, up to max. 90°C. PP is well resistant to a broad spectrum of chemicals, acid and alkaline products, alcohol and essential oils. Suitable for food. Heat resistant up to around 90ºC. Material density (gr/cm³): 0.91
