Recycled Juice Square bottles PET Transparent ♻ is a square bottle which, thanks to the sturdy and glossy recycled PET material, is user-friendly, attractive and sustainable as this R-PET bottle has up to 60% less CO2 impact. Due to the transparent colour, the bottle is completely clear and the liquid inside can be seen; if it is coloured, the colour will shine through the bottle.

Closures:

The bottle has a 38mm 3-start guarantee closure, for this screw neck we have perfectly fitting closures which have been used for several years as combination.

Material:

R-PET (Polyethylene terephthalate), Recycled PET and up to 60% less CO2 impact. It is a sturdy and transparent plastic that is very break- and drop-resistant. This makes it an excellent choice for products that need to remain safe and undamaged. Moreover, Recycled PET has a good water and oxygen barrier, which extends the shelf life of your products. Recycled PET is resistant to alcohol and essential oils, and generally to a range of chemicals. It is not suitable for strongly acidic or alkaline products.

Maximum Temperature:

R-PET is suitable for up to 50 degrees. Prolonged exposure to these temperatures can still damage or deform the bottles. R-PET is also recyclable and can therefore be reused to make new packaging.

Food Safety:

The bottle is food safe and an excellent choice for companies and individuals looking for reliable packaging. Suitable for filling foodstuffs, beverages, cosmetics, cleaning agents, pharmaceutical and chemical products. All raw materials we use, except for the recycled HDPE products, are approved raw materials according to various European and American regulations that may come into contact with food products.

Shape:

A square bottle has, viewed from the bottom, 4 identical sides. Each side of the bottle is equally wide and all corners are identical. Generally, our square bottles have a fairly small radius (rounding) in the corners, giving it a sleek and modern appearance. The sharp corners also give the bottle extra strength, allowing us to often produce the bottles with slightly less plastic (weight). This is, of course, less burdensome for the environment, as what we do not use does not need to be extracted from oil. Due to the square shape, the bottles are also very efficient to pack in boxes, resulting in little wasted space in the box. This also helps reduce raw material usage.
