Recycled Professional Trigger PET Transparent

Recycled Professional Trigger PET Transparent is a round bottle which, thanks to the sturdy and glossy recycled PET material, is user-friendly, attractive and sustainable as this R-PET bottle has up to 60% less CO2 impact. Due to the transparent colour, the bottle is completely clear and the liquid inside can be seen; if coloured, the colour will shine through the bottle.

The bottle has a 28.410 closure; for this screw neck we have perfectly fitting closures which have been used for several years as combination.

Material:

R-PET (Polyethylene terephthalate), Recycled PET and up to 60% less CO2 impact. It is a sturdy and transparent plastic that is very break- and drop-resistant. This makes it an excellent choice for products that need to remain safe and undamaged. Moreover, Recycled PET has a good water and oxygen barrier, which extends the shelf life of your products. Recycled PET is resistant to alcohol and essential oils, and generally to a range of chemicals. It is not suitable for strongly acidic or alkaline products.

Maximum Temperature:

R-PET is suitable for up to 50 degrees. Prolonged exposure to these temperatures can still damage or deform the bottles. R-PET is also recyclable and can therefore be reused to make new packaging.

Food Safety:

The bottle is food safe and an excellent choice for companies and individuals looking for reliable packaging. Suitable for filling foodstuffs, beverages, cosmetics, cleaning agents, pharmaceutical and chemical products. All raw materials we use, except for the recycled HDPE products, are approved raw materials according to various European and American regulations that may come into contact with food products.

Shape:

Round, we call a bottle round if the base of the bottle forms a perfect circle; the indicated diameter is measured on the outside of the bottle at the widest point. Our round bottles can have different shoulders; by shoulders we mean the part where the bottle narrows at the top to gradually transition into the neck. The most common variants are a rounded or sharp shoulder. Rounded means there is a radius on the bottle and the side flows smoothly into a sloping top which connects to the neck. The sharp shoulder is a hard angle after which the bottle slopes to the neck. Lastly, on the Bullet round we have a conical shoulder, which starts halfway up the bottle and gradually tapers into a pointed shape towards the neck without a clear edge.
