Recycled Multi bottle R-HDPE Natural 567 ♻ is an oval bottle which, thanks to the sturdy and matte recycled HDPE material, is user-friendly, attractive and sustainable because this R-HDPE bottle has up to 70% less CO2 impact. Due to the natural semi-transparent colour, the bottle is matt translucent and the liquid inside the bottle can be seen; if it is coloured, the colour will shine through the bottle.

Closures:

The bottle has a 567 dosing cap closure, for this screw neck we have the perfectly fitting closure which has been used for several years as a combistandard.

Material:

Recycled HDPE with almost 70% less CO2 emissions. R-HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene) is a sturdy plastic with a matt surface. It offers a good water and oxygen barrier and is reasonably resistant to breakage and impact. R-HDPE is generally resistant to acidic and alkaline products, alcohol and a wide spectrum of chemicals. R-HDPE is not suitable for food, essential oils and some solvents such as turpentine and benzene. The bottle is an excellent choice for companies and individuals. With its sturdy material and attractive design, this bottle is perfect for various applications.

Maximum Temperature:

R-HDPE is suitable for up to 65 degrees. Prolonged exposure to these temperatures can still damage or deform the bottles. R-HDPE is recyclable and can therefore be reused to make new packaging.

Food Safety:

The bottle is not suitable for packaging food or cosmetics that remain on the skin. R-HDPE is suitable for cleaning products, chemicals and washable products.

Shape:

Our oval bottles are flat and rectangular, the edges of the bottle are rounded so we classify the bottle as oval and not rectangular. Looking at the base, the bottle is flat and wide, with rounded sides without a straight section on the side. The front and back of the bottle also have a slight curve, giving the bottles a soft friendly appearance and a wide viewing area for a label or print. The shoulders of the oval bottles are always rounded and flow smoothly into the neck.
