Recycled Mailbox Rectangle HDPE ♻

Recycled Mailbox Rectangle HDPE ♻ is a rectangular bottle which, thanks to the sturdy and matte recycled HDPE material, is user-friendly, attractive and sustainable because this R-HDPE bottle has up to 70% less CO2 impact. Due to the almost white colour, the bottle is opaque and has a protective and recycled appearance. The bottle is not pure white and there may be some colour variation between bottles. This is because the recycled material is a blend of different base colours.

The bottle has a 24.410 closure, for this screw neck we have perfectly fitting closures which have been used for several years as combinations.

Material:

Recycled HDPE almost 70% less CO2 emissions. R-HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene) is a sturdy plastic with a matte surface. It offers a good water and oxygen barrier and is fairly break- and drop-resistant. R-HDPE is generally resistant to acidic and alkaline products, alcohol and a wide spectrum of chemicals. R-HDPE is not suitable for food, essential oils and some solvents such as turpentine and benzene. The bottle is an excellent choice for companies and individuals. With its sturdy material and attractive design, this bottle is perfect for various applications.

Maximum Temperature:

R-HDPE is suitable for up to 65 degrees. Prolonged exposure to these temperatures can still damage or deform the bottles. R-HDPE is recyclable and can therefore be reused to make new packaging.

Food Safety:

The bottle is not suitable for packaging food or cosmetics that remain on the skin. R-HDPE is suitable for cleaning products, chemicals and washable products.

Shape:

Our rectangular bottles basically have the same idea as the oval bottles, they are flat and wide. Looking at the base, a rectangular bottle has sharper corners and straight sides. This allows these models to be used for more specific purposes. Our Mailbox Rectangle is, for example, a series specially made to fit through a letterbox. This letterbox bottle is, like the other rectangular bottles, ideal for packing without loss of space.
