Guarantee Cap juice PP 38.400-2start is a guarantee cap which, thanks to the sturdy PP material, is user-friendly and attractive.

Type of Closure:

The closure is a guarantee closure; once the cap is firmly screwed onto the bottle, the lower ring of the cap will remain on the bottle and the combiseal is sealed. When the cap is unscrewed, this ring tears off the cap and it is clearly visible that the product has been opened. The cap remains attached at a corner to the ring and thus to the bottle. This cap complies with European legislation.

Material:

PP or Polypropylene is a sturdy and fairly hard plastic. PP has a good water and oxygen barrier but is less resistant to breakage and impact, especially at low temperatures. PP is widely used for caps and closures.

Maximum Temperature:

PP is suitable for up to 90 degrees. Prolonged exposure to these temperatures can still damage or deform the caps. PP is recyclable and can therefore be reused to make new packaging.

The cap is food safe and an excellent choice for companies and individuals looking for reliable packaging. Suitable for filling foodstuffs, beverages, cosmetics, cleaning agents, pharmaceutical and chemical products.
