E-Liquid child-safe screw cap with PE insert White is a Child-safe cap with plug cap which, thanks to the sturdy PP material, is user-friendly and attractive. Due to the white colour, the cap is opaque and has a fresh and protective appearance.

Type of Closure:

The closure is a child-safe closure with plug, the cap is easy to screw onto the bottle, to unscrew it you must press the cap towards the bottle and turn at the same time. When the cap is removed, there is a plug in the bottle with an opening of approx. 4mm. This allows you to dose liquids from the bottle with more control. The plug is initially in the cap and remains in the bottle after it has been screwed on.

Material:

PP or Polypropylene PP is a sturdy and fairly hard plastic. PP has a good water and oxygen barrier but is less resistant to breakage and impact, especially at low temperatures. PP is widely used for caps and closures.

Maximum Temperature:

PP is suitable for up to 90 degrees. Prolonged exposure to these temperatures can still damage or deform the caps. PP is recyclable and can therefore be reused to make new packaging.

Food Safety:

The cap is food safe and an excellent choice for companies and individuals looking for reliable packaging. Suitable for filling foodstuffs, beverages, cosmetics, cleaning agents, pharmaceutical and chemical products. All raw materials we use, except for the recycled HDPE products, are approved raw materials according to various European and American regulations that may come into contact with food products.

PP or Polypropylene (PP) is a sturdy, quite solid transparent plastic with a reasonably glossy surface. PP has a good water and oxygen barrier but is less crack and fall resistant, especially at low temperatures. PP is often used for jars and closures. A big advantage of PP is its durability at high temperatures, up to max. 90°C. PP is well resistant to a broad spectrum of chemicals, acid and alkaline products, alcohol and essential oils. Suitable for food. Heat resistant up to around 90ºC. Material density (gr/cm³): 0.91
