30 ml bottle Basic Oval HDPE natural 24.410 is an oval bottle which, thanks to the sturdy HDPE material, is user-friendly and attractive. Due to the natural semi-transparent colour, the bottle is matte translucent and the liquid inside can be seen; if it is coloured, the colour will shine through the bottle.

Material:

HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene) is a sturdy, matte plastic. It offers a good water and oxygen barrier and is reasonably break and drop resistant. HDPE is the most commonly used plastic for plastic bottles and is generally resistant to acidic and alkaline products, alcohol, and a range of chemicals. HDPE is not suitable for essential oils and some solvents such as turpentine and benzene.

Maximum Temperature:

HDPE is suitable for up to 65 degrees. Prolonged exposure to these temperatures can still damage or deform the bottles. HDPE is recyclable and can therefore be reused to make new packaging.

Food Safety:

The bottle is food safe and an excellent choice for companies and individuals looking for reliable packaging. Suitable for filling foodstuffs, beverages, cosmetics, cleaning products, pharmaceutical and chemical products. All raw materials we use, except for recycled HDPE products, are approved raw materials according to various European and American regulations that may come into contact with food products.

Shape:

Our oval bottles are flat and rectangular, with rounded edges so we classify the bottle as oval rather than rectangular. Looking at the base, the bottle is flat and wide, with rounded sides and no straight edge on the side. The front and back of the bottle also have a slight curve, giving the bottles a soft, friendly appearance and a wide visible area for a label or print. The shoulders of the oval bottles are always rounded and flow smoothly into the neck.
